operator / service provider. Buyer is also responsible for paying any import duties / VAT imposed on the item
(Note: US buyers do not need to pay any duties). If an INSURED item were damaged during shipment, the
buyer is responsible for reporting such damages to the seller AND the shipping company within 48 hours of
delivery. Color and language specification are shipped at a random basis. Please check with the seller if
particular color or language specification is needed. Please do not purchase if you do not agree.
Cingular/AT&T customers, prior to purchasing a tri-band product (900/1800/1900MHz), please contact your
service provider to make sure the 1900MHz frequency is available for use in your area. If you are purchasing a
Quad-Band product (850/900/1800/1900MHz) Please disregard this message.
There is a $20.00 processing fees for all order cancellation before we ship out.
All orders for Alaska and Hawaii will ship ground regardless of any promotions.
There is no guarantee that the phones will have English manual or English keypad. There will be no return or
exchange if the phone you purchase does not have English manual or English keypad. We Guarantee that
English language is available in all of our phones. UPS 2nd day promotion is limited to one phone per
transaction per customer. If order contains more then one unit, shipping promotion will be degraded to a
lower level.
If you are using Cingular, it is the buyer responsibility to call Cingular and find out if your phone will be
compatible. All our phones will work with T-mobile. If you are buying a quad band phone then the phone will
